By connecting internal data signals such as CRM, behavioral metrics, and product usage, and feeding them into Google’s ad systems, we gave AI the context to identify not just users but high-value users. We leaned heavily on Performance Max and broad match, trusting Google’s AI to discover audiences that resemble our top-tier customers. This made it possible to streamline ad operations and focus on creative strategy.
Impact measured in growth and efficiency
In its feature story, Google cites the results:
- 72% increase in revenue from Performance Max campaigns
- 58% more new users, while maintaining stable costs
These results show that the model works not only in one market but across multiple countries and audiences.
