Ville Kymäläinen, CEO 
Ville joined Draivi in October 2022, bringing over 15 years of experience in various roles within the digital consumer lending industry. As CEO, his primary focus is to ensure the company is heading towards its long term goals.
Under Ville’s leadership, Draivi has expanded its international footprint, with active groundwork in Mexico and Vietnam, in addition to building strongholds in Germany, Spain, and the Nordics. He has overseen significant investments in internal capabilities, accelerated hiring, and strengthened Draivi’s partnerships with major financial institutions. Ville is also known for promoting data-driven decision-making, while advocating for an agile company culture that balances experimentation with profitability.
Oula Lehtinen, Co-founder
Oula Lehtinen is one of Draivi’s founding members and continues to serve as a force behind its performance marketing engine. Since 2012, Oula has spearheaded customer acquisition across multiple markets, notably leading initiatives in Finland, Spain, and most recently Mexico.
Known internally for his calm presence and sharp commercial instincts, Oula has helped Draivi maintain its lead generation edge amidst intense market competition. Antti Patana, Co-founder
Antti Patana co-founded Draivi in 2012 and plays a key role at the intersection of marketing, operations, and strategic development. He leads Draivi’s marketing activities in Sweden, Norway, and Germany, tailoring strategies to local market dynamics and partner needs.
In addition to marketing, Antti oversees finance, administration, and payroll, ensuring that the company’s internal processes run smoothly and support its growth. He also actively mentors new employees, sharing his expertise in performance marketing and company culture. Earlier in his career, Antti worked in both an affiliate network and an online lending company, building the foundation for his deep understanding of customer acquisition and digital finance. Jukka Leino, CTO
Jukka joined Draivi in 2014 as the 1st employee and leads the company’s technology vision and engineering operations. As the CTO, he is the architect behind DMStats, Draivi’s proprietary tech platform that powers everything from lead tracking and partner integrations to real-time performance analytics.
Jukka remains deeply hands-on in backend development, systems architecture, and cloud infrastructure. Over the past decade, he has led the evolution of Draivi’s tech stack, enabling scalable integrations, high-performance data systems, and reliable automation. Based in Turku, Jukka has built a developer culture that emphasizes ownership, reliability, and long-term thinking.
