Sebastian brings seven years of experience scaling data-driven platforms in consumer finance. In his previous role, he led a fintech company to triple its revenue, grew the team 400%, and built an automated loan broker serving 2 million users across 20+ bank integrations. Now he’s bringing that expertise to Draivi.
This role marks an important step in our growth story. As we continue to scale, analytics is becoming a key driver for everything we do, from optimizing performance marketing and improving partner journeys to shaping our long-term strategy.
Building a Data-Driven Engine for Growth

Lead Generation vs. Brokering — and Why Draivi’s Model Stands Out
Coming from a loan brokering background, Sebastian has a unique perspective on Draivi’s business model.
“For the most part, the business models and processes are very similar,” he explains. “The main difference comes down to focus. Draivi as a lead generator has been built around multiple short interactions with users before they’re sent to the best potential partner. On the broker side, you have those same interactions, but then it continues into presenting offers and helping the user make the best decision for them. Draivi’s advantage is that we can concentrate the full team effort on a more condensed part of the user journey — and perfect that part better than anyone else.”
That focus on mastery over breadth is a key driver of Draivi’s success and one of the things that excites Sebastian most about the role.
From Military Precision to Data Mastery
Sebastian’s path to analytics wasn’t a straight one. “I never imagined working in analytics,” he admits. “Towards the end of my military career, I realized that understanding numbers and their meaning came naturally to me. After switching careers, I noticed it was my strength — and the more I worked with data, the more energy it gave me.”
That curiosity and discipline have shaped his career ever since. For him, analytics isn’t just about reporting; it’s about continuously learning and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible through data. “It’s been an iterative process — constantly learning new tools and methods to stay ahead,” he says.
Why Draivi?
When asked what made Draivi stand out, Sebastian doesn’t hesitate. ‘The role felt tailor-made for me,’ he explains. “In my previous job, my responsibilities were spread across many areas. I wanted something more focused, centered on what I truly enjoy doing.”
But it wasn’t just the role, it was the people. “I already knew some of the team, and I was sure it would be a great environment with a lot of fun along the way.” That first impression has only deepened. “What surprised me most is how much fun everyone has while performing at such a high level in a super competitive market. It’s a rare balance, but Draivi has found it.”
Laying the Foundations for Predictive Analytics
Sebastian’s first months have been dedicated to building the foundation for Draivi’s next chapter. “Right now, my focus is on establishing the infrastructure and pipelines that will power everything going forward,” he explains. “It’s more of a data engineering phase at this stage, but once new systems go live, we’ll shift toward the analytical side.”
The goal? To make data tools that everyone in the company can use confidently. “Analytics shouldn’t be something that only specialists can access,” Sebastian says. “My aim is to create tools that are simple and powerful enough for anyone to use, enabling teams to make better decisions, faster. That’s how we’ll stay ahead.”

Predicting the Future
So, what does the future of analytics at Draivi look like? For Sebastian, it comes down to one word: Predictive.
“In consumer finance, not everyone qualifies for credit,” he explains. “To stay ahead, we need to predict where and when people need financing and match them with the right partner at the right time.”
That predictive capability powered by data, technology and teamwork is what will keep Draivi ahead of the competition. With Sebastian and the team building the infrastructure to make it happen, we’re already seeing the impact.
