This spring, we asked our partners how we’re doing, and the response was clear. Draivi received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 75, reflecting strong trust, loyalty, and satisfaction across our partner network.

The results show consistency where it matters most. Across all survey areas, from communication and responsiveness to support, lead quality, and product performance, average scores ranged between 4.1 and 4.7 out of 5, with minimal variation. These metrics, along with a strong volume of responses, give us confidence that we’re building on solid ground.

This feedback comes at a time of momentum. In the past year, we’ve celebrated 5 million users, gained great traction in Germany, and strengthened our international presence through events like Money 20/20. These milestones are not just company wins; they are shared achievements made possible by close collaboration with our partners.

Strong Foundations: Communication and Long-Term Collaboration

Partners rated both the quality of communication and our responsiveness at an average of 4.7 out of 5. These scores reflect the importance of clear, timely collaboration across all nine markets we currently operate in.

Over 60 percent of respondents have worked with Draivi for more than two years. That kind of long-term trust allows us to build stronger partnerships and expand together. Here’s a typical comment from a partner to us:

To build on this, we’re focusing on three practical improvements:

Leads and Services: A Solid Foundation

Generating meaningful outcomes for our partners is core to what we do. In the survey, partners gave lead quality an average score of 4.1, while our product and service effectiveness scored 4.3.

These results confirm that our solutions are making a tangible impact in helping partners acquire high-quality customers. At the same time, they point us toward the next level: refining targeting models, enhancing segmentation, and improving overall campaign efficiency.

We’re investing in smarter optimization, better performance tracking, and more personalized lead strategies, so that our partners don’t just get more leads, but the right ones.

One Metric Says It All: 75 NPS

The clearest indicator of success came from one metric. Our Net Promoter Score (NPS) is 75. That means most of our partners would actively recommend Draivi to peers and colleagues. In performance marketing, few metrics speak more clearly about long-term satisfaction and shared success.

Looking Ahead

Our recent growth stories, from reaching 5 million users to building momentum in Germany, have been possible only because of the strong partnerships behind them.
