My Fintech Journey
My passion for fintech stems from a lifelong interest in how technology can transform the way businesses connect with consumers. Early in my career, I realized the power of delivering the right message at the right time, and this understanding has been the foundation of my work ever since.
Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to exploring innovative approaches to marketing automation and data-driven customer engagement. In fintech, personalization is the key to standing out. I believe that understanding customer behavior, beyond just demographics, unlocks immense potential for growth and retention.
To address these challenges, I’ve led projects focused on leveraging Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and driving initiatives aimed at refining customer insights for personal finance solutions. However, I consistently found gaps in how companies gather and apply these insights, particularly in the financial services sector. This realization pushed me to seek out solutions that could bridge these divides effectively and efficiently.

As part of Draivi’s growth strategy, we are expanding into emerging markets, with Vietnam being a key focus. Vietnam presents immense potential with its rapidly expanding middle class, increasing demand for consumer loans, and a financial services landscape that often overwhelms consumers with choices from both traditional and digital lenders.
A significant gap exists in the market: the absence of transparent, third-party solutions that facilitate comparisons and connections between lenders and borrowers. This is where Draivi steps in.
We are currently working on setting up our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for Vietnam, which will serve as the foundation for launching our lead generation platform in Q1 2025.
My Missions in Vietnam
With experience from top-tier banking in Vietnam, I’m excited to tailor Draivi’s proven offerings specifically for the Vietnamese market. My mission focuses on two key objectives:
